TERMS OF USE

NTH North Oy, Company ID: 3394255-5, address: NTH North Oy / Postintie 1 as 1601, 99130 Sirkka sells products to individuals and companies / organizations in Finland and the EU region. These terms of delivery are valid from 1st December 2023. We can change the delivery conditions unilaterally, so please read our delivery conditions before ordering. When you order products, you are required to have familiarized yourself with and agreed to our terms of delivery. Ordering creates a mutually binding contract between us.

Ordering

Products are ordered on the website of the online store by transferring them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the shopping cart at the checkout service. Orders must be placed latest 3 days before the delivery date. If you want to order the service with a shorter notice, contact the service provider directly: info(a)nthnorth.com

All customer information is treated confidentially. The contact information requested in connection with the order will not be used for anything other than the delivery of the order or the clarification of ambiguities arising in it, unless specifically stated otherwise. When ordering from the online store, you are required to have familiarized yourself with and agreed to the delivery conditions valid at any given time.

Prices

The product features and prices are shown on the product pages. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs, so please check them in the shopping cart before paying. Product prices include VAT. regardless of tax category.

Payment methods

The payment methods are card payment and bank transfer. The card payment is processed by an external service provider.

Order and payment confirmation

After a successful order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email. Sending confirmation messages requires providing an email address when ordering.

Delivery methods

The delivery method is delivery to the accommodation. A delivery method is not required if delivery is not required.

Right of cancellation and return conditions

The right of return and/or cancellation is not granted for the product if it has been manufactured or modified in accordance with the consumer's requirements or to clearly meet personal needs.

The cancellation date is the day when NTH North Oy has received the cancellation notice. The reservation of program services must always be canceled in writing (letter or e-mail). Conditions used when canceling a confirmed reservation: if the cancellation occurs 7-0 days before the start of the reservation, 100% of the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Christmas and New Year = 16.12. – 05.01. in the period between, cancellation costs are 100% of the total price of the reservation, if the cancellation takes place 14-0 days before the start of the reservation. If the reservation is canceled due to the sudden illness, accident or death of the customer or his loved ones, the customer is entitled to a refund, where 30% of the total price of the reservation will be charged. In this case, the cancellation must be made immediately. A medical certificate or other legal document for the reason for the cancellation must be sent to NTH North Oy within fourteen (14) days of notification of the cancellation of the reservation. Cancellation must be made before the start of the reservation. We recommend customers to take out suitable travel insurance for exceptional and force majeure situations. If you want to cancel the order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the order. Contact us by email (info(a)nthnorth.com). We provide additional instructions for cancellation. Failure to collect is not a cancellation/return.

Problematic situations

If the product is damaged or otherwise does not match your order, you must report the error in writing to Postintie 1 as 1601, 99130 Sirkka or by calling the phone number mentioned in the contact information within 14 days at the latest.
